Reservations:

We will hold your reservations with a 50% deposit with the balance due upon check-in. Registering guests must be at least 18 years of age with proof of identification required. We require a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit upon check-in. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 am.

Acceptable Payment Types:

Personal checks are acceptable as deposits that are made 14 days in advance, all other payments must be by one of these methods: credit card, cashier’s check, traveler’s checks, money orders or cash. Guests wishing to pay for their stay in cash will be required to pay for the entire amount of their stay plus a $100 security deposit upon check-in. The security deposit will be released, once housekeeping has inspected the room. A fee for the returned check is $35. If your check is returned by the bank, you reservation is cancelled unless a replacement payment is arranged within 24 hours.

Cancellations:

A refund of 50% of the reservation amount will apply to all reservations canceled two weeks prior to arrival. To cancel your reservations, please advise up by phone at (916) 453-1221 or by sending an email to info@keyushcabins.com and inserting the word "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

No pets are allowed in our cabins under any circumstances. A cleaning fee and penalty of $900 will be charged for pet damages.

No Smoking - All suites are non-smoking. A cleaning fee and penalty of $900 will be charged for smoke damage. Guests found smoking inside the cabins will be subject to eviction without a refund.

Excessive soiling – A cleaning fee will be charged determined by damage caused from excessive wear and tear, including damage from fish processing/handling.

Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest / per night and will be subject to immediate eviction. This is deemed theft of services. The registered party will be responsible for the penalty charge.

Keyush Cabins LLC reserves the right to enter and inspect any room upon showing of good cause.
